How It Works

Once you have signed up and paid you will have a link sent to you via WhatsApp containing your 15 Day Detox PDF food plan. This PDF is your recipe book to follow and adhere to and will guide you through what to consume, and when to consume out of each of your 3 packages you will receive. We cater for Halal and any other food guidelines you would rather stick to so please let me know if you have any specific dietary requirements. 

A WhatsApp app message will be sent out to you when each package is ready to collect or you can choose to have your meals delivered at an extra cost. On days 0 (day before you start) this first package of prep contains meals for days 1 and including 5. A second collection or delivery is required on day 5, which will contain meal prep for days 6 – 9 and a final collection or delivery containing days 10 – 14 will be arranged on day 9.

All 36 meals and drinks are freshly cooked or prepared, weighed, labelled and sealed ready for you to open and enjoy as and when the instructions direct you to. 

Once your first package is home you must store it so all foods remain fresh and begin immediately to complete the starting measurement stats sheet. Put this safe and then read the PDF the evening before you begin day 1 so you are prepared. The PDF must be referred to each day enabling you to consume the meals and drinks in the right order and as best at the right times as much as possible.

The Benefits - What you should expect!

Every meal in this 15 day detox has been added thoughtfully and at a specific time and in a specific order, try to stick to these guidelines as much as possible so there remains adequate rest and fasting times between your eating meals/days. The calories per day change and gradually increase up until a maximum of 1500 nearing the end of the fast. This enables the body to accept clean and easily digested foods in a slow progressive addition, then reintroducing the right type of sugar in the right amounts limiting any sugar cravings after day 3. By Day 5 you will be in full fat burning zone! 

The outcome after the 15 days will be weight loss, muscle gain and gut health. Be prepared that the first 2 days will feel hungry and expect effects such as short lived headaches and slight fatigue. This is OK! Like any detox we need to clear toxins and rid the body of its unwanted storage. 

The hardest and most important day is day 1. Day 1 is where we learn and feel again what true hunger is. I suggest you sleep for the night the first evening straight after 8pm and before 9pm. If you can be disciplined enough to stick at it and trust the program until day 4, any negative feelings will flip immediately and the benefits physically and mentally will be increased dramatically for the better. Day 2 is the start of our journey. Increased energy, satiety and improved sleep. Most of all a clearer and more confident mentality, more success and productivity at work and home. The power of real food! If you truly want the feel inside and the look on the outside you set goals for determination and will power for 24 hours is achievable. 

Resetting your sugar levels and cleansing your gut requires you to be hydrated. Each day it is imperative you drink your daily allowance of 1.5 litres of water as a minimum which will aid greater fat loss during the detox even more so if you train or increase your exercise levels each day. The closer you adhere to the rules the better the results. Your cheat day is on day 15 and until that day you are on a 2 week reset inside and out. By the end of the 15 days you will not only know more about the right type of foods to eat and in the right amounts but also understand that your body works optimally only when you listen to what it needs and wants. This reset is a reminder of everything you’ve been giving it that it doesn’t need or may think it wants. You will end up choosing a new way of eating and start a new healthier lifestyle based on gut intuition and energy usage.
