Where & When
The 9.30AM sessions take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Bedford Park, Park Avenue
The 6.30PM sessions take place on a Monday Wednesday and Friday at Bedford Park, Park Avenue
There is free parking and toilet facilities. You can mix and match between any session, choose whether you want to train in the morning after the school run or in the evening after work.
We also have a boot camp running club for mixed abilities on a Sunday 8.00AM – 9.00AM.
